Opening Hours
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
In order to ensure the safety of our members, the following arrangements will be made in the event of a rainstorm warning or typhoon signal:

If the Health Station is already open, it will maintain its normal operating hours.
If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect before the Health Station opens in Wan Chai, the Health Station will be closed. |

| If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled before 7:00 AM, all classes will be held as scheduled on that day. If the warning is cancelled before 10:00 AM, all classes from 1:00 PM onwards will be held as scheduled. If the warning is cancelled before 3:00 PM, all classes from 6:00 PM onwards will be held as scheduled. | |||

During class activities, if the Observatory announces that a signal will be issued within a short period of time, the class will be terminated immediately and members will be asked to leave the center in a safe manner. | If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above (Severe Gale or Storm Signal) is lowered, the Health Station will resume normal operations as soon as possible, depending on the actual situation. | |

If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above (Severe Gale or Storm Signal) is cancelled
before 7:00 AM, all classes will be held
