Course Objectives
To enable trainees to master the basic and advanced practical skills of the property management and security industry, and to understand the proper working attitude, so that they can take up property management and security work in high-end commercial buildings and housing estates. This course includes no less than 16 hours of basic training content specified by the Security and Guarding Industry Administration Council (SGSIA), helping students to join in property management and security work.

The course includes the training content of the competency unit Implementation of basic security services (107753L1) in accordance with the Quality Assurance System for Security Training Course Recognition Scheme (QASRS) in the Explanation of Competency Standards of the security service industry. Trainees successfully complete the course, and Can present a valid certificate, and can be exempted from basic training when employed by a security company; the issuance of the relevant certificate does not mean that the trainee has fully met the licensing requirements set by the Security and Guarding Industry Management Committee. If the trainee wants to apply for a security personnel permit , you still need to apply to the Commissioner of Police separately, and you must meet the criteria for issuing a permit before you can be issued a permit. Students who are currently studying or enrolling in Career-tied Courses can enroll or enroll in more than one Evening Basic Skills (Occupational Language, Application of Information Technology) Courses at the same time.
