Membership and registration instructions

| If the participant is a member of the centre, please present a valid membership card when registering, otherwise it will be charged as a non-member. |
| If you are unable to attend the activities held by the center due to personal reasons, the paid fees will not be refunded. |
| Participants are not allowed to privately transfer the registered activity places to others. |
| Participants must attend the event on time, and the centre will not notify you otherwise, except if the event is rescheduled. |

| Participants can withdraw from the activity under the following circumstances and get a full or proportional refund of the paid fees. |
| If the course is canceled due to insufficient number of people or other special factors, the centre will not be less than two days before the start of the course |

| The Centre changes the event date due to special circumstances, and the participants are unable to attend on the new date. |
| In the case of the above, please bring the receipt to the centre during the opening hours to complete the refund form within 30 days after receiving the refund notification from the centre. Any money will not be refunded after the deadline. The centre will constantly adjust the activity/service charges without prior notice. |
| Without the consent of the centre, participants are not allowed to take pictures or videos during the event. If there is any objection, the centre has the right to terminate the participant's qualification to participate in the event. |
Member renewal notice
Centre membership is valid for one year. If your membership has already expired or is about to expire, you can go to the centre during the opening hours of the centre to go through the membership renewal procedures. If you do not renew your membership upon expiration, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the membership. Membership fee is $30 per year.
Renewal method
- Go to our centre in person to renew the membership; or
- Complete a crossed check (payable to "Methodist Centre"), please fill in your name, contact phone number and old membership number on the back of the check, and mail it to 1/F, Aldrich Bay Integrated Services Building, 15 Aldrich Bay Road, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong Methodist Centre - Aldrich Bay Integrated Youth Services; or

After crediting, please fill in your name, contact phone number and old membership number on the receipt, and then fax (fax numbercode: 2554-9461) or mail to the centre.
