Service Objective

To assist the residents who moved to the newly completed first phase of Ming Wah Building to adapt to the new environment, to implement a diversified social capital development plan for the community, to promote the complementary spirit of residents and social circles, and to establish a cross-sector collaboration platform and mutual aid network. So as to build social capital such as mutual trust, community mutual assistance network, cooperative spirit, and community cohesion. Allow individuals, families and organizations to support each other and empower communities.

Target Audience

  • Residents of Ming Wah Building Phase 2 moved to newly completed Phase 1 units.
  • Residents of Ming Wah Building Phase 3 and those who have moved to the newly completed Phase 1 units with Return Permit.
  • Residents transferred from outside the village to the newly completed Phase 1 units of Ming Wah Building.
