Membership

If you want to become a member of this service, you can use the following channels:

• Juveniles who have been cautioned by the police superintendent, youths who have been arrested, their peers and parents/guardians of the above groups can apply directly.
• Referral by a police officer.
• Referrals from schools, area people, area organizations or agencies, etc.
