Recruiting Venue Borrowing Service

Introduction and Fee Details

The agency's recruitment venue rental service mainly provides employers with recruitment venues for independent job fairs. Service details are as follows

Borrow time slot

Borrowing is divided into two periods, morning and afternoon. Each period is 4 hours. Borrowing time is calculated based on at least one period. Overtime of ten minutes or less than one hour will be counted as one hour.

Service Charges (Effective January 2019)

The above fees include venue rental, air-conditioning charges, borrowing tables and chairs, whiteboards, venue signs and posters in the center (if provided), but do not include equipment rental.
If you want to rent other equipment or use the center's promotional services, additional charges will be required and the price will be negotiated separately.
Anyone who rents the venue for two sessions or more will enjoy a 10% discount.

Application Method

To rent the venue more effectively, please submit your application three weeks before the event.
The agency will reply to the renter whether it accepts its application within seven working days after receiving the relevant documents.
