Work Placement Training

The one-month internship vacancies will be provided by government departments, private organizations and social service organizations, and there is no employment relationship between the internship organization and the trainees. Through work placements, trainees can develop a positive work attitude, develop good work habits, master the elements of work and interpersonal relationships, and understand their strengths and potentials. Work practice also helps trainees to gain practical work experience and experience the real working environment before entering the labor market, so as to better prepare for employment.

Internship Allowance

If the trainees achieve an attendance rate of 80% or above in the work practice, they will be awarded a work practice certificate issued by the practice organization as an encouragement. At the same time, trainees can also apply to the program office for a work placement allowance of $5,800.

Tailor-made training programs

In the past, Benzhong cooperated with Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co., Ltd. to organize the "Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Worker" training program, providing more than 200 apprentice jobs and free pre-employment training.
